Ant’s Nest

Return to the lodge after a long day for a quick dip in the heated swimming pool before a hearty and warming home-style cooked meal.

Ant’s Hill

Perched on a cliff that offers sweeping views over the luscious valley, Ant’s Hill is rustic and authentic, offering a traditional yet comfortable safari stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and bright, all with private deckings where guests can enjoy gazing over the endless horizons. Guests can spend their days exploring the Waterberg, on a traditional game drive or guided walk, a dip in the heated pool, or a local village trip. One of the specialities on offer at Ant’s Hill is their horse riding safaris. Gallop through the wild Waterberg with the wind in your hair, becoming a part of nature. Return to the main lodge for a delicious freshly cooked meal and a glass of smooth South African wine enjoyed on the decking underneath the wide starry sky.

Hippo Lakes Safari Lodge

Hippo Lakes brings you the ultimate luxury African Safari experience. Situated in the spectacular Waterberg region, the lodge is uniquely nestled along the edge of a lake bank at the end of a long rugged ravine. The lodge offers you a unique safari wildlife encounter with an unusually large number of animals, birds and plant life. Hippo Lakes lies within the malaria-free UNESCO World Nature Site.
Daily game drives are lead by some of the most experienced game rangers in the industry with a passion for wildlife and an unusual gift in communicating with you the wonder of all the creatures you will encounter.
Over 30 animal species roam our area including hippo, buffalo, wildebeest, leopard, giraffe, kudu, sable, eland, nyala, hyaena and wild dog. You also have the option to go on "Big 5" excursions to encounter lion, elephant and rhinos. The greater Waterberg region is reported to have more rhino than all of Kenya and we proudly support anti-poaching initiatives to keep this magnificent species viable.
A highlight is the bush braai (BBQ) dinner on the second night. This is another opportunity for you to connect with your fellow travellers, taste the incredible African cuisine prepared in front of you by our chefs and listen to the sounds of the African night under the canopy of stars and planets breathtakingly visible in the Southern hemisphere.

Bushwa Private Game Lodge

Perched high on a koppie and with expansive views of the Waterberg Mountains, Bushwa Private Game Lodge is the perfect spot for a weekend safari in a malaria free area in the Limpopo Province.
This luxurious lodge has a variety of accommodation options, including a main lodge that is classically elegant and a romantic treehouse overlooking a waterhole. There’s also the self-catering bush camp that sleeps up to 16 people – ideal for families and small groups.

Impodimo Game Lodge

Impodimo Game Lodge is set on a rocky ridge overlooking the vistas within the magnificent malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve of the North West Province of South Africa.
Madikwe Game Reserve covers an area of 75000 hectares of unique topography and breathtaking beauty bordering Botswana. It is home to the Big 5, the beautiful Painted Wolf (African Wild Dogs), Cheetah, Brown and Spotted Hyena a variety of large mammals and bird life.
Carved from the hillside, eight glass fronted luxury chalets and one Deluxe Suite line a natural spring, each enjoying striking views of the African Bush.

Tintswalo at Lapalala Wilderness

Tintswalo at Lapalala Wilderness offers something for everyone. Safari Plains

Set against the backdrop of the magnificent Waterberg Mountain Range in the Limpopo Province. The exquisite beauty of its wide-open savannahs, rich wildlife heritage and spectacular vistas is an idyllic melting pot for a majestic wilderness destination. Close to Gauteng, only a couple of hours drive from the city, the extravagant haven that is Safari Plains will draw everyone who has experienced it to always return. Safari Plains redefines luxury in the bush, with a magnificent high–ceiling dining room, elegant lounge, impressive bar, and relaxing spa.

Tuningi Safari Lodge

Located in the Madikwe Game Reserve is Tuningi Safari Lodge, surrounded by pristine and untouched wilderness. With a capacity of only 16 guests when full, the lodge has a private and exclusive feel. The suites are luxurious and comfortable with feature fireplaces for the chillier evenings and deep bathtubs for relaxing soaks. Private deckings offer the perfect space to unwind after a long day, gazing over the sweeping grasslands. There are two family suites which can accommodate up to four people and are perfect for families with young children. Days can be spent exploring the reserve on game drives and guided walks, or relaxing at the lodge with a massage or quick dip in the glistening swimming pool. Dinners are served under the shade of a fig tree surrounded by warm glowing lanterns and overlooking an active watering hole.
