The African inspired Kulala Desert Lodge, located within the private Kulala Wilderness Reserve boasts 23 thatch and canvas kulalas with the modern luxuries of an en-suit bathroom and private balcony. Each kulala is built on wooden platforms designed to catch the desert breeze and the roof is flat to allow guests to relax and enjoy the views out across the sand dunes. Kulala Desert Lodge offers guests access to a lounge and bar area, dining area, a plunge pool and wrap around veranda.

Whilst staying at Kulala Desert Lodge guests are offered a range of once in a lifetime opportunities to go out and explore the surrounding landscape. The lodge offers nature and walking tours across the Kulala Wilderness Reserve, hot air ballooning opportunities and the unusual activity of camel rides.
