The next day, explore Panama historical sites and one of the famous highlights, the Canal.
Take a day to see the sights, history and culture of Panama City, and pay a visit to the famous Panama Canal. You’ll be picked up from your hotel and taken to Miraflores Locks, where you’ll see giant ships transiting the canal and learn about the incredible story behind its construction.
The tour continues to the old city compound – Casco Antiguo – taking in the impressive Biodiversity Museum, San José Church and the bustling folk market along the way. You’ll finish at the French Plaza, from where you’ll have a panoramic view of the modern city centre and the ships waiting their turn to transit the canal. A return transfer to your hotel is included.
The following day will see you will enjoy a full day tour about getting to know the Embera Indigenous Community.
Take a day away from the city in the beautiful Chagres National Park, and meet the indigenous Embera people who have lived in this part of the world for centuries. You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Panama City and taken to the shores of Lake Madden, before travelling up the Chagres River by Piragua (canoe). Along the way you might see some of the area’s wildlife, such as monkeys, sloths and toucans, and on arrival you’ll be welcomed by the Embera villagers. Over the next few hours you’ll learn about local customs and the tribe’s relationship with nature, and enjoy a freshly prepared Embera lunch. In the afternoon you’ll make the return journey to your hotel, in time to enjoy an evening in the city.

Transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to David City, from where you will take a ground transportation to Boquete.
Boquete is a picturesque mountain town on the edge of the beautiful Barú Volcano National Park. With a cool climate and a welcoming small-town atmosphere, it makes a lovely break from the busy cities and the heat of the coast. The area is an outdoor-lover’s dream, with a variety of nature trails to explore, as well as opportunities for climbing, rafting and canopy tours. The rich, volcanic soil around the town results in some wonderful local produce to enjoy, including one of the world’s most sought-after coffees – Geisha.
After staying the night in your hotel you will enjoy a day exploring the coffee culture of the nearby area.

Transfer to the domestic airport in David City for your flight to Panama City; once you arrive in Panama City you are taken to El Valle de Anton. In the late afternoon, enjoy a sunset experience over one of the famous mountains in the area.
With a cool, spring-like climate throughout the year, lush forests and a relaxing small-town atmosphere, ‘El Valle’ has plenty of appeal. Most striking of all are the panoramic mountain views which surround the town, which sits inside the one of the world’s largest inhabited volcanic craters. Visitors can take advantage of some excellent hiking routes, cycling and adventure sports, as well as watching the area’s abundant bird life and sampling some of the great local restaurants.
Delight with an experience that takes you to La Silla or Las Antenas mountain, specifically to La Cruz, known in English as the cross; or La India Dormida mountain or Cariguana mountain, depending on from which spot you will get the best views at the specific day. Get adventurous by a ride in a Polaris 4×4 then a 30 minutes walk; once at the summit, get comfortable and enjoy when the sun goes down, don’t miss the opportunity to take unique pictures.
After spending the night in your hotel you will further explore the sights of El Valle.
Delight with a 2.5 hours experience that will take you to the selected local highlight in El Valle de Anton, the selection of activity will be based on your preferences after an explanation of the guide regarding the different sites in the area. The tour can include five sites from the following list: Chorro El macho, the Zoo, Hot Springs, Orchids nursery, snakes nursery, Piedras Pintadas (rock carvings), the square trees, the museum, the market, the butterflies nursery, La Cruz viewpoint and the centre of amphibians “Rana Dorada”.

Located in the Coclé province, it is famous for its white sand beaches and the region is known as the pearl of the pacific. The area could be a strategic destination to visit other areas of Panama; and hosts one of the International Airports in the country.
The following two days, you will spend staying in the Coclé area. You have the days at your leisure to do as you wish before leaving Panama.
