Cottar’s 1920s Safari Camp

Cottar’s 1920s Safari Camp is situated in a private 7608-acre conservancy which borders the Maasai Mara and the Serengeti. Owned and managed by the Cottar family, the camp is luxurious with 1920s touches of glamour, yet still feels like an authentic safari camp. Warmly lit ‘mess areas’ offer the perfect place for guests to enjoy a drink or meal with the other guests and form new friendships through your shared safari experience.
The camp only accommodates 28 guests when at capacity, add on to this the location in a private conservancy and you have a camp which is intimate and exclusive. The tents come complete with large, comfortable beds, vintage furniture, and their own private veranda where guests can spend the evening relaxing and marvelling at the pristine nature and rolling hills rising from the horizon. Explore the Cottar’s conservancy on a game drive or on foot keep[ing your eyes peeled for lions, hyenas, elephants, giraffes and cheetah.

Governors’ Camp

Governors’ Camp is a Silver Eco award-winning and pristinely located camp in the heart of the Maasai Mara. The nearby waters of the Mara River flourish with animals and birds, and game graze freely around the camp. bringing the essence of the Mara right to the doorstep. Despite all the comforts of a luxury hotel, Governors’ Camp shelters its visitors entirely under canvas for that authentic safari feel, with views ranging from the Mara River to the Mara plains. This Camp was created in 1972 and was the first permanent tented camp in the Maasai Mara, paving the path that many others would later follow. Sirikoi Lodge

Sirikoi Lodge offers guests a luxurious and authentic safari experience. The small and exclusive lodge is positioned beside the Sirikoi stream, and offers stunning views from the heart of the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. The private conservancy spans 62,000 acres and is home to a number of endangered creatures, offering guests the rare chance to see both black and white rhino, reticulated giraffe and Grevy zebra. Sirikoi Lodge is located between dry arid plains and the lush green base of Mount Kenya, showcasing Kenya’s diverse landscape. Sirikoi consists of 4 luxury tented rooms, as well as the Sirikoi Cottage and Sirikoi House. andBeyond Bateleur Camp is a luxurious safari accommodation made up of two camps, each with just 9 tented rooms. andBeyond Ngala Tented Camp rests within Ngala Private Game Reserve, which shares an unfenced boundary with Kruger National Park, South Africa’s largest wildlife sanctuary. bordering one of the biggest reserves in the world, Ngala is home to an amazing array of wildlife and 36,000 acres of pristine wilderness and stunning flora.
Meaning lion in Shangaan, the local language, Ngala is also dominated by several prides of lions, and large numbers of leopards. These elusive big cats can be spotted frequently on the reserve, including a few very rare white lions. And, guests who prefer dogs can look forward to the thrilling experience of speeding across the reserve in a safari vehicle, trying to keep up with packs of the endangered wild dogs as they work together to take down their prey.

The camp is made up of nine tented suites placed upon elevated platforms with private wooden decks that are perfect for admiring the sweeping wilderness. Somalisa Tented Camp lies in the heart of Hwange National Park, overlooking the stunning and diverse landscape. Nyamatusi Camp

Nyamatusi Camp is situated within the Nyamatusi Wilderness area in Mana Pools National Park, a protected region of diverse ecosystems and untouched wilderness. Mana Pools features woodlands, scrub, plains and riverine habitats, and its northern border is marked by the mighty Zambezi River which is overlooked by Nyamatusi’s tented suites. The river is filled with abundant hippo and crocodile populations, and lures giant African Bull Elephants who drink, bathe and play in the river’s cooling waters. Inspired by its organic surroundings, the camp is built from natural materials and powered by solar energy. The six tents are spaced generously apart and offer guests a private and intimate safari experience with incredible views and set in the heart of the wilderness.
