Sanctuary Baines’ Camp

Sanctuary Baines’ Camp is located on a private concession, which borders the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta. The sanctuary is small and private, with six intimate suites set in a grove of trees on elevated platforms with wooden decks that offer expansive views over the Boro River. At Sanctuary Baines’ Camp guests can experience the once in a lifetime opportunity of walking with elephants and sleeping under the stars, looking up at the sky free of light pollution. The camp has a low environmental impact and was built using commercially grown wood, incorporating recycled aluminium cans within the walls for insulation.

Bakers Lodge

Located on the border of the famous Murchison Falls National Park, on the bank of the Nile River, is Bakers Lodge. Named after an early British explorer of the area, this lodge offers a traditional African safari experience. All ten thatched suites sit on raised platforms affording a view out over rolling grasslands and the nearby river, flowing past in the distance. All suites are eco friendly, with solar power hot water and local handcrafted furniture and art decorating the room. Dinner is served in the main dining room which has 180° views of the stunning surroundings, and an outdoor decking area means dinner can be enjoyed under the stars. Kyambura Gorge Lodge

Kyambura Gorge Lodge is a modern, luxury safari lodge. Located on the border of Queen Elizabeth National Park and nearby the gorge which gave the lodge its name, guests will be surrounded by luscious trees, rolling grasslands and forested hills rising in the distance. The bandas at Kyambura Gorge Lodge are all comfortable and spacious, filled with bright natural light and inspired by the traditional building style and furniture of the area. The main area of the lodge, where dinner is served, used to be an old coffee store and has been carefully repurposed as a comfortable and open plan dining space with features of wood and wicker. Semliki Safari Lodge

Apoka Safari Lodge

Set deep in the Kidepo Valley National Park, Apoka Lodge blends seamlessly among the endless hills and rocky outcrops. With only 10 guest rooms, this is intimate and remote at its best. Kidepo is Uganda’s most isolated National Park, located in the northern reaches of the country where the light is golden, the wildlife abundant and the skies are enormous. Elephants roam through the camp, lions perch on the nearby boulders as if posing for their close-up, and massive herds of buffalo are a part of the landscape.

Elewana Serengeti Pioneer Camp

Elewana Serengeti Pioneer Camp lies in the Southern Serengeti region, within the Moru Kopjes area. The camp consists of twelve luxury safari tents with decor that is reminiscent of the 1930s, an era of exploration and adventure, with small touches such as copper basins with water-pump tap fittings and luggage trunks used for seating. The rooms feature soft double or twin beds and full en-suite facilities. Malamala Camp

MalaMala Game Reserve consistently produces the most exciting wildlife experience this side of the equator! The Safari Industry’s blueprint to the luxury photographic safari, MalaMala has been custodian of this massive thriving tract of land since 1927.
MalaMala Game Reserve is one of the largest private Big Five game reserve in South Africa. Comprising 13 300 ha (33 000 acres), MalaMala shares a 19 km (12 mile) unfenced border with the world-renowned Kruger National Park, and lies strategically sandwiched between the National Park and the Sabi Sand Reserve.
Every aspect of MalaMala Camp and Sable Camp is designed to appreciate and enjoy the view of the surrounding wilds. Pathways wind their way along the perimeter of the camp to reveal individual ochre colored units tucked into the greenery which flanks the Sand River. Massive trees and rolling green lawns are filled with birdsong, with the occasional antelope or elephant which seeks the succulence of greenery.

Mashatu Lodge

Mashatu Lodge is located at the heart of the private Mashatu Game Reserve, within the Northern Tuli Game Reserve. The Lodge is positioned near the Majale River, a green haven surrounded on all sides by an arid landscape. Guests can relax in the shade of the camp’s woodland, lounging beside the pool or exploring the fascinating displays at the camp’s Discovery Room. Mashatu Lodge is also home to a waterhole, with an underground photographic hide positioned so that guests can view elephants splashing, drinking and squirting water up close.

Belmond Khwai River Lodge

Khwai River Lodge opened its doors in 1971, and was one of the first lodges to promote safaris through an environmentally-friendly lens. The Lodge’s location prompted its founder, Harry Selby to build the ‘bridge over the river Khwai’. Today this serves as the well-known North Gate entrance into the Reserve. Half-hidden by the shelter of leadwood and fig trees, Belmond Khwai River Lodge is a hub of luxury that overlooks the sweeping floodplains of the Moremi Game Reserve. Each of the comfortable tents stands on a raised wooden platform, with private decks, chairs and hammocks that provide stunning views of the Khwai River.
