The Oyster Box

Situated in Umhlanga, The Oyster Box is a stylish and sophisticated hotel which offers guests breathtaking views across the sparkling Indian Ocean and famous Umhlanga lighthouse. Well established, the hotel has been open since 1947 and has the care of the guest down to a fine art. Mushara Bush Camp

Situated at the Entrance Gate to the Namib Naukluft Park, Sossusvlei Lodge offers direct access to the towering red sand dunes, the famous pan of Sossusvlei, the scorched black trees of Dead Vlei and the remarkable depths of the Sesriem Canyon.

Camp Kipwe

Camp Kipwe is full of surprises, offering guests the chance to experience the unique terrain of Aba Huab Valley. This location is both intimate and spacious, offering its guests amenities such as En-suites, a lounge area and twin beds, all whilst embracing the uniqueness of its location, immersing guests in rooms that feel like cool caves. Okonjima Plains Camp

Set within the secluded wilderness of Okonjima Nature Reserve in Namibia, the family friendly Okonjima Plains Camp is the perfect place to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With just 30 rooms in total, the camp is an incredibly private place to visit and is also wheelchair accessible with ramps leading up to the rooms. Double beds and a double shower fill the rooms, as do amenities such as a mini fridge, tea/coffee facilities and fans to maximise guests comfort during their stay. You can also enjoy access to an entertainment venue and communal area that includes a dining area, bar, swimming pool and picturesque views over a waterhole and the Okonjima plains. Originally a cattle farm since the early 1920’s, Okonjima’s attention is now focused on recovering the grass plains and turning it into a nature reserve, with a particular focus on carnivore conservation. With the close help and collaboration of the AfriCat Foundation, it has quickly become a sanctuary for Namibian wildlife such as cheetahs, leopards and brown hyenas. Guests will be able to witness these creatures up close and personal when staying at the camp, taking game drives and guided bush walks with experts. Visible from both the main property and the individual rooms, animals roam freely across the reserve, leaving those who visit feeling truly immersed within the natural surroundings during their stay.

Okonjima Bush Suite

The Private Bush Suite is situated in the open Acacia thornveld within the secluded wilderness area of the Okonjima valley with a backdrop of the sandstone Omboroko Mountains. It is approximately 3.5km from the Plains Camp and 500m from the Bush Camp. Located on the edge of a natural waterhole, its two separate, luxury, en-suite bedrooms under a double-volume thatched roof can accommodate a family or group of four (4 max: one group only). Frequent leopard and cheetah sightings during game drives is what African safaris are made of! Though guests also indulge in smaller pleasures, such as the peaceful atmosphere of the African bush, spotting wildlife at the watering holes situated at each accommodation, the flavoursome food and welcoming hospitality. Okonjima also offers a number of activities to guests and day visitors , from hiking and mountain biking with your own mountain bike to bird watching and a fitness retreat.
