Klaserie Sands River Camp

Klaserie Sands River Camp is an intimate camp accommodating a maximum of eight guests in luxurious suites along the dry N’tsiri riverbed. Located in the wildlife-rich Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, this breathtaking expanse of land shares an un-fenced boundary with the Kruger National Park, with game moving freely throughout the region.

nThambo Tree Camp

nThambo Tree Camp is the perfect location for guests who wish to experience a unique and memorable safari stay in the heart of the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. There are five solar-powered thatch treehouse chalets, raised on wooden stilts to offer sweeping panoramic views of the rolling plains all the way to the Drakensburg Mountains.
Each thatched treehouse chalet accommodates two people, meaning when the camp is full there are only 10 guests, allowing for an exclusive and private stay. Spend your days exploring the bushveld on an adventurous game drive or immersive guided walk; or stay at camp, spending a relaxing day in the small library, lounging on the sunbeds or catching a dip in the splash pool.

Makalali River Lodge

aha Makalali Private Game Reserve is located close to the mighty Drakensberg mountains west of the Kruger Park, this ethnic bush retreat lies on 26 000 hectares of bushveld in the North-eastern Lowveld, South Africa. Flights can be arranged into Hoedspruit Airport and from here transfers organized. Makalali Game Reserve boasts the ‘Big Five’ – lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo. Other characteristic species are cheetah, giraffe, zebra and kudu.
aha Makalali River Lodge is situated on the banks of the Makhutswi River. This 5 star lodge consists of three camps that have six luxury suites each. All the camps are private yet within easy access of one another, featuring a plunge pool plus enclosed dining and lounge area. All suites have an en-suite bathroom which includes an indoor and outdoor shower and fireplace. The raised, private timber viewing deck (sala) offers spectacular views from which to observe the bird life and game. It’s also an ultimate spot for private luncheons or dinners.

Little Garonga

Little Garonga is exclusive and private, located in the beautiful Makalali Private Reserve. The suites are spacious and luxurious, filled with authentic wooden furniture, soft fabrics and wide windows which allow light to stream into the rooms. Private deckings sit outside all the suites and offer guests the perfect place to unwind after a long day and keep an eye out for any meandering animals.
Guests can spend their days on exciting game drives, reconnecting to nature with a morning spent on the yoga deck, or satisfying their inner thrill-seeker with a microlite flight over the Drakensberg Mountains. After a day filled with activities, return to the main lodge for a delicious dinner under the stars, by the spelling swimming pool and crackling fire pit.

Garonga Safari Camp

Exclusive, luxurious, and comfortable, Garonga Safari Camp is located in the pristine Makalali Private Game Reserve. With only 6 safari tents the lodge feels private even when at full capacity. The tents are traditional-style safari tents with touches of modern elegance and comfort, including en-suite bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a private decking complete with a hammock. Guests can spend their day exploring the reserve on a game drive or immersive guided walk before returning to camp for a delicious dinner served around the boma before unique nighttime activities such as an open-air star bath, or a night spent on the sleep-out deck, dozing off to sleep under the blanket of millions of stars.

Fish River Lodge

Fish River Lodge in southern Namibia is the only lodge perched directly on the rim of the Fish River Canyon offering guests breathtaking views of the canyon from sunrise to sunset.
Experience first hand the geological forces that unfolded 300 million years ago, when the Fish River began to etch its way through hard quartzite forming a Canyon 90 kilometers long, 549 meters deep and 28 kilometers wide in some places, making it the world’s second largest Canyon. The 45 000 hectare Canyon Nature Park is a natural sanctuary for Karoo succulent flora and endemic wildlife.
Incredible hiking trails meander down into the heart of the canyon affording guests spectacular scenery combined with 75 km river frontage made up of permanent water holes and rock pools that attract Hartmans Zebra, Kudu, Oryx, Springbok and many other smaller wildlife species and endemic bird life.
