With exclusive traversing rights spanning 270 km2 of wilderness in a private concession, this site was specifically chosen for its extraordinary beauty and proximity to the game-rich grassy plains and rolling landscapes of the Okavango. andBeyond Sandibe’s raised guest areas and suites look out onto the Santantadibe Channel, providing spectacular vistas from the luxury of the camps 12 tented suites – two of which are conjoined, comprising 1 family suite.

andBeyond Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp

andBeyond Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp is situated amidst the heart of the Okavango Delta, located within a 2500-hectare wildlife concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve. Nxabega Camp overlooks expansive floodplains and winding delta channels, presenting unmatched scenery from the camps elevated location, offering atmospheric vistas over the surrounding landscape. A total of 10 units – 9 standard units and 1 family unit, subtly blend into the surrounding bushland environment, resulting in aesthetic and atmospheric quarters with which to reside. Accommodation is tastefully decorated and furnished with a host of modern amenities, such as en-suite facilities, a mini bar, fans, sala and various added extras meant to elevate the guest experience.

andBeyond Chobe Under Canvas

Animal trails weave around five spacious safari tents that perch at the northern end of the Chobe National Park. Enjoy sleeping on a comfortable double bed positioned close to the Chobe River – known for the large numbers of elephants and buffalo who congregate here. Experience nature up close in an exclusive and luxurious semi-permanent campsite, with the comfort of an ensuite bathroom, separate flush WC and an outdoor bucket shower with steaming hot water available on request. A private butler is also on hand to help you with anything else you require. Relax after a day of adventures in the guest areas, which consist of large tents for dining, pre-dinner drinks or simply relaxing with a good book and a beverage. Indulge in delicious meals cooked over the coals, which are shared around a blazing fire.

Old Drift Lodge

Old Drift Lodge stands within Zambezi National Park, surrounded by 56,000 hectares of untouched natural beauty. The lodge overlooks the mighty Zambezi River and is just upstream from Victoria Falls – one of the seven wonders of the world and the largest waterfall. Travellers can enjoy the stunning panoramic views from the lodge’s main deck which can be accessed via a wooden pathway, with elegant handrails and lit with the gentle glow of a dozen lanterns. Snuggle up around the fire pit at the cosy outdoor seating area, and enjoy the sounds of nearby wildlife as hippos snort and grunt from the river.
Old Drift Lodge blends into the natural environment, with its neutral colours and natural materials, meaning that it neither takes away from the exquisite landscape, nor does it disrupt the local wildlife. Set in the heart of the Zambezi National Park, guests staying at the lodge can expect to see an abundance of amazing creatures wander past including elephants, zebras, waterbuck, buffalo, lions, impala and hippos. Explore the floodplains, grasslands and riverbanks with a variety of activities including game drives, river safaris and guided walks, and learn about the African wilderness and the life that thrives within it.

Azura Benguerra Island

Azura was founded back in 2007, with a vision to take people to undiscovered places of authentic natural beauty, enable them to stay there in luxury, while at the same protecting the environment and positively changing the life of a local community. Those values remain true to this day. This unspoilt island within a Marine National Park hosts deserted beaches of pure white sand that extend for miles. Guest can relax on an opulent speedboat as they Island hop around the stunning Archipelago, or trek along the water’s edge on horseback as they take it the breath-taking surrounds. Those who wish for more of a thrill, or challenge, can discover the islands marine life by deep sea fishing excursions, scuba diving adventures plus ocean safaris. The cuisine here at Azura Benguerra is also deemed an experience of its own, exploring a variety of flavours and places to dine, guests will never tire of the special little touches, sunset backdrops, and fresh, delightful plates – paired with exceptionally good wine.

Kwetsani Camp

Existing as one of the most remote camps in the whole of the Okavango, Kwetsani Camp benefits from a unique location, situated on an elongated island covered by palm, mangosteen and fig trees. Activities at Kwetsani Camp are largely determined by seasonally fluctuating water levels, offering a host of land and water-based safari activities such as water bound excursions and land-based game viewing. During times of high water, guests are granted the opportunity to boat to Hunda Island for a variety of game viewing activities, complete with alfresco picnics and communal catering. Accommodation is comprised of five luxury en-suite units, elevated on raised decks with a variety of modern furnishings and amenities. The main area includes a dining room and lounge area situated under a cool thatched roof, leading onto an expansive wooden deck that overlooks an enormous floodplain often frequented by indigenous game. The centrally located plunge pool makes for the perfect midday dip while watching the animals below, in addition to the in-camp bar where you’re free to enjoy a wide selection of all-inclusive beverages.

Qorokwe Camp

“The place where the buffalo broke through the bush into the water” is the meaning behind the name Qorokwe, and is redolent of the high-density game area in which the camp is situated. The diverse habitats of the south-eastern Okavango support a wealth of wildlife, earning the area’s well-deserved reputation as a top Botswana safari destination.  Qorokwe Camp has eight luxurious tented suites plus a spacious family tent unit with a private plunge pool. All tents have en-suite facilities featuring indoor showers with a sliding glass door to create an outdoor shower experience. Built on elevated wooden platforms, the spacious main area has a modern, chic design and includes a dining area, lounge, library, bar and infinity pool overlooking the expansive lagoon and woodland in which the camp is situated.

Lemala Ewanjan Tented Camp

Lemala Ewanjan Tented Camp lies tucked away at the end of a blind valley in the Seronera region, an important area for wildlife which is crossed by millions of wildebeest, and tens of thousands of zebra during the Great Migration. Central Serengeti is home to an abundance of game year-round, with animals such as elephants, buffalo, impala, jackals and bat-eared foxes gathering around its many rivers. Hippos and crocodiles can also be spotted in the waters. Seronera Valley is also famous for the large number of big cats that live here. Lions and leopards can often be found here, and the area is a hotspot for viewing cheetahs. The intimate camp consists of just 12 recently refurbished tents, all generously spaced out across the plains to allow for total privacy. Lemala Ewanjan’s location in a blind valley means that the sight of safari vehicles will not impose on the sweeping views that can be enjoyed from the camp.

Lemala Ngorongoro Camp

Lemala Ngorongoro Camp rests beside the rim of the grand Ngorongoro Crater, within the tranquillity of a lush acacia forest. The camp is made up of 9 luxury safari tents that overlook the sloping landscape and provide easy access to the crater floor. This allows guests to reach the crater earlier than those staying at other camps in the area, offering more exclusive game drives and incredible early morning photographic opportunities. The tented accommodations blend into the natural landscape, providing minimal disruption to the wildlife and not taking away from the stunning panoramic views that guests can enjoy from the edge of the crater. Below you lies verdant grasslands, rich wildlife, dense woodlands and salt lakes. andBeyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge

andBeyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge is the only permanent safari lodge within the Lake Manyara National Park. The lodge rests among the tops of ancient mahogany trees, blending into the natural landscape and taking advantage of the cool and fresh air under the canopy of leaves. The 10 stilted treehouses allow guests to take in the elevated forest views while elephants pass beneath them, and watch tree-climbing lions as they scale the mahogany trunks to lounge in the surrounding branches. Each treehouse, crafted from local materials, features modern furnishings and a spacious bathroom, complete with a large freestanding tub for enjoying a relaxing soak in these tranquil surroundings.
