San Camp

Scattered across the shore of the Nwetwe Pan, rests San Camp; a collection of 7 classic safari tents dotted amongst the palm trees. The tents are all spaced far away from one another, giving guests a private experience where they can immerse themselves in the unique desert landscape. Get away from the stresses of civilisation and explore the desolate Nwetwe Pan, where white salt-crusted earth stretches on for miles and miles, with just the camp’s habituated meerkat neighbours for company. San Camp is only open during Botswana’s dry season (April 1st – October 15th), when the landscape is most striking.

Belmond Khwai River Lodge

Khwai River Lodge opened its doors in 1971, and was one of the first lodges to promote safaris through an environmentally-friendly lens. The Lodge’s location prompted its founder, Harry Selby to build the ‘bridge over the river Khwai’. Today this serves as the well-known North Gate entrance into the Reserve. Half-hidden by the shelter of leadwood and fig trees, Belmond Khwai River Lodge is a hub of luxury that overlooks the sweeping floodplains of the Moremi Game Reserve. Belmond Eagle Island Lodge

Belmond Eagle Island Lodge is the ultimate Okavango Delta water- experience-focused safari lodge, unveiling a sleek new look after an almost total rebuild. Okonjima Bush Suite

The Private Bush Suite is situated in the open Acacia thornveld within the secluded wilderness area of the Okonjima valley with a backdrop of the sandstone Omboroko Mountains. It is approximately 3.5km from the Plains Camp and 500m from the Bush Camp. Located on the edge of a natural waterhole, its two separate, luxury, en-suite bedrooms under a double-volume thatched roof can accommodate a family or group of four (4 max: one group only). Frequent leopard and cheetah sightings during game drives is what African safaris are made of! Though guests also indulge in smaller pleasures, such as the peaceful atmosphere of the African bush, spotting wildlife at the watering holes situated at each accommodation, the flavoursome food and welcoming hospitality. Okonjima also offers a number of activities to guests and day visitors , from hiking and mountain biking with your own mountain bike to bird watching and a fitness retreat.
