Chisa Busanga Camp

Chisa Busanga Camp lies within the northern part of Kafue National Park, where travellers can view the sweeping grasslands and wetlands of the Busanga Plains. The camp consists of four ‘nests’, woven elevated structures that mimic the nests of the weaver bird, often seen in trees in the surrounding area. The nests are built on legs, allowing stunning views of the plains and passing herds of wildlife, with lantern-lit stairs leading up to them (one of the nests also has a lift). Inside, the nests are fitted with wooden decks, with canvas to keep guests comfortable no matter the weather, and Chisa Busanga Camp is fully powered by solar, as are the camp’s safari vehicles which make no noise while exploring the wilderness of the Kafue National Park, preventing wildlife from being startled while also keeping carbon emissions to a minimum.

Onduli Ridge

Onduli Ridge is a luxurious safari camp that rests among the gigantic granite boulders of Damaraland’s semi-desert wilderness. The camp consists of six suites, all en-suite and able to cater for families, as well as a relaxing communal lounge area, a vast library with a wealth of informative books, and exceptional star beds that allow guests to sleep under the glimmering night sky.

The camp is designed to blend in with the natural environment, with an earth colour scheme to blend into the surrounding granite, and is entirely powered by solar, causing a minimal impact on the environment. The light and airy suites offer breathtaking views of the semi-desert landscape and offer incredible views of Damaraland’s amazing landmarks, including the Messum and Doros craters, dry river beds and Namibia’s tallest mountain.

Mandrare River Camp

Mandrare River Camp rests in the south of Madagascar, nestled amongst the spiny forests held sacred by the Antandroy Tribe. The camp overlooks a beautiful and diverse landscape, carved through by the Mandrare River. Due to the lack of predator species in this part of the world, guests can enjoy incredible wildlife viewing and birdwatching, and get up close to the wildlife of the forest such as Madagascar’s famous ring-tailed lemurs. Mandrare River Camp features seven spacious tented suites with en-suite facilities and a large outdoor terrace for admiring the sweeping views in a tranquil and secluded setting.

Manafiafy Beach and Rainforest Lodge

The tranquil cove backs onto mangrove forests and a luscious rainforest, a haven for a vast array of wildlife including lemurs, reptiles and birds, as well as a wonderland of endemic flora. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the pristine sandy beach, scanning the horizon for whales, and taking gentle walks under a canopy of green leaves. The lodge features just five bungalows, offering guests a private and intimate experience in this natural paradise. Watch the ocean and listen to the nighttime sounds of the rainforest from your private terrace after an exciting day of wildlife viewing and exploring.

Shawa Luangwa Camp

Shawa Luangwa Camp rests on the eastern bank of the Luangwa River, overlooking the sweeping landscape of the South Luangwa National Park. Here, guests can cross the tranquil river waters on a boat or pontoon, explore the wilderness on exciting game drives and immerse themselves in the beauty of the pristine natural sanctuary. This seasonal camp was inspired by Jacob Shawa, an incredible guide who grew up in the Luangwa Valley and shares a passion for the wildlife and scenery that exists here.
Open from April 15th until November 15th, Shawa Luangwa consists of five luxurious tented rooms with twin and double beds, and two of the tents can be converted into a spacious family suite. Guests can take advantage of the different morning and evening activities and spend the time in between relaxing in the soothing plunge pool, or listening to the gentle melodies of South Luangwa’s many different bird species.

Famata Lodge

Famata Lodge is a family-run eco-lodge on the southwestern coast of Madagascar around 19km from the city of Toliara, the capital city of the Atsimo-Andrefana region. Built entirely out of materials found on-site; dead trees, sand and stones from the beach, stone powder from Mahafaly limestone, locally made bricks sourced from the clay water table and thatched roofing. The furniture in the bungalows was handcrafted by local craftsmen, and all of the electricity used in the lodge is generated by solar power.
The individually appointed bungalows are integrated into the natural environment, offering breathtaking views over the sea, forest and sky from their private terraces or verandas, Famata Lodge is a naturalist paradise. With an incredible diversity of flora and fauna, the surrounding environment is also home to many species of bird, including flamingos and Humblot’s herons.
