The Hide

The Hide is situated within Hwange National Park, and enjoys regular wildlife traffic. The lodge backs onto a shady and peaceful acacia woodland and overlooks a permanent waterhole where elephants frequently visit to drink and play in the cool water. Giraffes and buffalo are also common visitors to the camp, and guests can watch them wander along the horizon from the comfort of the refreshing swimming pool. The Hide’s location means that guests can constantly enjoy Zimbabwe’s incredible wildlife, and have an authentic safari experience in the heart of the African bush. Guests can choose to stay either in one of the 10 tented bedrooms, complete with en-suite bathrooms and either twin or double bed configurations, or in the larger suites which are ideal for families and groups travelling together. Guests can also choose to spend a night in the Dove’s Nest, a private and remote treehouse that overlooks a water pan frequented by giraffes, where couples can retreat for some time alone together with exclusive wildlife views.

Camelthorn Lodge

Bomani’s sister camp, Camelthorn Lodge, is located within a private reserve on the edge of Hwange National Park. Camelthorn Lodge backs onto a woodland area, the trees creating a natural shelter. The eight forest villas are designed to maintain a comfortable climate through both the summer and winter months, and their location in a remote section of the Ngamo Plain means that guests can enjoy a private and exclusive safari experience in a tranquil setting. The lodge is built around an ancient Camelthorn tree, incorporating the trunk in its design as a centrepiece. Less than a kilometre away, the local wildlife congregates at one of the waterholes maintained by the lodge. Elephant’s Eye

Elephant’s Eye, Hwange, offers an unforgettable experience within the untamed wilderness of Zimbabwe. Sable Sands

Sable Sands Lodge overlooks the ancient riverbed of the famous “Dete Vlei” and is located within a private Forestry Concession on the outskirts of the unfenced and world-famous Hwange National Park. Conveniently located 8km from the Hwange National Park and 200km from Victoria Falls, Sable Sands offers easy access to these African gems. Kavinga Safari Camp

Kavinga Safari Camp is located in a private concession within the southern boundary of Mana Pools National Park. The camp overlooks the dry Ruckomechi riverbed and is set against the extraordinary backdrop of the Zambezi Escarpment. The camp has 7 comfortable raised tents built on the edge of a cliff, with a view of the rising sun above the magnificent Zambezi Valley floor. The herds of buffalo that drink at the neighbouring Chitake spring are frequent visitors to the area, as they traverse the valley in search of grazing. Most evenings, herds of elephant gather in the riverbed, providing a wonderful wildlife spectacle. Shyer species, like leopard, civet and genet, visit the pan right below the camp under the cover of darkness.

Kayila Camp

Our newly opened camp in the vast 8,000 acre private conservancy of the game management area outside Lower Zambezi National Park is the perfect first stop of the exceptional Zambezi Experience. The Elephant Camp West

The Elephant Camp West is both a stand-alone safari camp, and an extension of the main Elephant Camp, which is designed to cater for smaller groups and families. The camp consists of just four luxury tented suites, all of which have their own private deck and plunge pools that are positioned perfectly on a ridge that overlooks the Smoke that Thunders – the perpetual mist that hangs over the Victoria Falls Rainforest – and offering panoramic views of the wilderness and Zambezi Gorges.
 
Located just twenty minutes from the world’s largest waterfall, The Elephant Camp West allows guests to enjoy both the fascinating wildlife of the African bush, the tranquillity of the Zambezi’s vast floodplains, and the unique and exciting Victoria Falls. The camp features a comfortable yet elegant lounge area with a bar where guests can take in the extraordinary sweeping views of the concession.
 
The Elephant Camp West is an eco-conscious camp, and during its construction, bush clearing was kept to a minimum to reduce the impact on the environment and surrounding landscape. Guests can also engage with nature and visit the elephants at the Elephant Sanctuary and Orphanage and meet the elephants who are currently rehabilitating and being cared for before their release back into the wild.

Ursula’s Homestead

Ursula’s Homestead is a cosy retreat – elegant, relaxed and intimate. Location here is everything. Looking onto Victoria Falls Private Game Reserve and with the Falls themselves just 15 minutes away, Africa is waiting for you. This charming homestead, of just four individual garden Rooms, is the sister property of Stanley & Livingstone Boutique Hotel and in keeping with a classic Victoria Falls experience. The main guest area and terrace, fire pit, pool area, and the rooms are all set in a semi-circle to take in wide-open views of the natural reserve. It’s an environment of peace and tranquillity, while being just minutes from the world-famous Falls, busy town and surrounding attractions. The Concierge is always on hand to assist.

Victoria Falls Safari Club

Located just 4kms from Victoria Falls, and situated within the magnificent grounds of the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge resort. The Safari Club comprises 16 Club Rooms & 4 Club Suites. The luxurious rooms have uninterrupted views of the unspoilt bushveld and spectacular sunsets. All rooms have three-quarter beds that can be converted into king beds. There are 2 sets of interleading Club Rooms and 2 sets of Club Suites interleading into Club Rooms. Room facilities include: complimentary mini bar which is re-stocked daily with local beer and soft drinks, house wine and bottled water, digital safes large enough to hold laptop computers, international multi sockets, beverage station including Nespresso machine, LED lighting, gauze screens and sliding glass doors opening out onto a private balcony, complimentary WiFi, and air-conditioning. The Club Suites offer the same facilities as the Club Rooms, but also include a spacious adjacent sitting room. The Safari Club has its own Club Lounge, and offers a butler-style service, complimentary afternoon tea and pastries served 15h30 to 16h30, complimentary sundowners and canapés served from 17h30 to 18h30 and a complimentary shuttle service to the Victoria Falls, town centre and markets. Light meals are available from 11h00 to 21h30 and bar service from 11h00 till late.
