The Yangtze Boutique Shanghai
Yangtze Hotel is the predecessor of The Yangtze Boutique Shanghai which opened in 1933 and retains 87 years of history. It’s decorated with lavish art deco style and was claimed as “The Third Largest Hotel in the Far East” by the renowned architect, Li Pan. This hotel used to be a popular social resort to which brought numerous celebrities and movie stars. The history extends to the birthplace of the most classic and well-known song, “Rose, Rose, I love you”. Nowadays, entering each room, this song reminds each guest of the prosperity of the old Shanghai with its sweet voice and nostalgic melody.
