The exquisite rooms feature artwork exclusively created for Shinta Mani Shack by Bensley Design Studios, Bangkok. The rooms also include mirrored feature walls, custom designed beds and hand-crafted light fittings. Accommodations are available in King or Twin-share and include a wall mounted TV/sound bar, blue tooth and complimentary wireless internet access. The Poolside Garden Rooms (44sqm) walk right out onto the the pool and tropical gardens and have a maximum of two guests. Other rooms include the Pool View room (40sqm), Junior Suite (78sqm) which has a separate living room and finally the Executive Suite (94sqm) which is the most spacious and has views of the urban streetscape.

Baitong

Baitong offers all day dining. Guests may choose from International comfort food as well as Khmer street food. Enjoy indoor and outdoor seating surrounding by luscious plants in this cool green space. If you’re a cocktail fan signature drinks include the Mango-Rita, Ginger Khmer and Open Heart rum punch. The restaurant also serves a delightful afternoon tea to enjoy.

Kroya

Kroya which means “food” in the Khmer Royal language is the Shinta Mani Angkor’s unique restaurant inspired by Shinta Mani’s heritage. The menu mixes international as well as local product, combining fresh ingredients, Cambodian herbs and spices to create innovative flavours. The Steakhouse

Shinta Mani’s newest culinary adventure in Siem Reap is now open in the form of an American steakhouse. Think prime cuts of beef grilled to perfection paired with abundant side dishes and over the top desserts. A steak dinner wouldn’t be complete without an excellent selection of wine and cocktails, the Steakhouse boast one of the most complete wine lists in Siem Reap and a bar offering handpicked spirits.

Bensley's Bar

The bar provides a bird-eye’s view of Siem Reap street life in the historic palace quarter. Sip a drink at sunset and enjoy a range of tapas. The bar features over 30 Gins from all corners of the world. Combining the best spirits and high-quality mixers to match, Bensley’s G&T’s are typically generous pours and an experience unto themselves. The Shinta Mani Foundation supported by the hotel means the profit margin at Bensley’s bar for Gin & Tonic will be used to support one-day of training for one student at Hotel school and the profit margin of your Bottle of Wine will be used to support five-days of training for one student at Hotel school.  The goal improves the lives of Cambodians by providing opportunities to overcome poverty. Poolside Bar

Refresh at the Pool Bar with the signature Icy Green Ginger cocktail or perhaps try a thirst quenching fruit smoothie. Drinks and light snacks are served throughout the day. Opening Hours 11:00 – 20:00

 

Cooking Class

Cooking class starts with a morning visit to one of the old markets, also known as the Psa Chas. The hotels Executive Chef will guide you through the market and teach you more about the local produce and herbs for the class. Following the visit to the market, guests will return to the hotel and start the class in a private space within Kroya. Each participant will receive a cook book featuring the four traditional Khmer dishes that will be created during the class. Once the meal has been prepped and cooked under the careful guidance of the Executive Chef, these delicious dishes will be enjoyed for lunch.

Tonics Spa

Located at Shinta Mani Angkor, offering one spa suite and six treatment rooms, is a sanctuary of serenity and a haven of refuge where the body is restored to exuberant well-being, good health and wholeness.
