Located in the southeast part of Xi’an Qujiang New Area, Qujiang Cool Cave Heritage Park is the first theme park based on wedding ceremony and marriage custom in China. This park is a love-themed park consisting of the Cool Cave Site, leisure and entertainment, and wedding celebration industry; there are there sections to this park including the Cool Cave Site Section, the Wedding Celebration Section, and the Commercial section. At the Cool Cave Site Section visitors can find Wang Baochuan Cave, Third Sister’s Spring, Chastity Hall and the Mysterious Horse Cave. Shaanxi History Museum is a tribute to Shaanxi’s glamorous imperial past and designed in China’s ancient Tang Dynasty. There are more than 37 000 historical relics excavated from all over Shaanxi Province within the museum which includes bronze ware from the Western Zhou Dynasty. The main part of the museum consisting of the General Exhibition Hall, the Local Themes Exhibition Hall, and the Temporary Exhibition Hall. The General Exhibition Hall displays more than 2000 artefacts, the Local Themes Exhibition Hall displays themed items reflecting Shaanxi’s characteristic local culture, and the Temporary Exhibition Hall is used to display temporary exhibitions from home and abroad.
Xi’an Great Mosque is the largest and one of the most important Islamic places of worship in China and is divided into four courtyards. The first courtyard has a wooden arch which traces back to the seventeenth century with three chambers standing at either side, and the second courtyard has a stone arch with two steles on both sides upon which are calligraphic writings from prominent ancient calligraphers. The third courtyard has a hall that contains steles from ancient times with the Xingxin Tower standing in the middle and the fourth courtyard has a prayer hall which can hold over a thousand people.
