Eat with your feet buried in the soft white sand of Eagle Beach while watching the breathtaking sunset. The tiki torches light the night and give it a romantic, intimate vibe. Enjoy the fresh cuisine which ranges from meat to fish and then indulge in a delicious dessert treat.
Passions is open every day for breakfast (7:30 AM – 11:00 AM), lunch (11:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and dinner (5:45 PM – 11:00 PM). Children 3 years and younger eat for free.
See hundreds of exotic butterflies flying within a large meshed enclosure in a beautiful display. It feels like walking through a lush tropical rainforest surrounded by flowers and trees, ponds, and waterfalls. Guided tours run all day, lasting approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The Farm has a fantastic shop selling a huge selection of butterfly-related gifts and souvenirs. Refreshments are available in the shady cafes outside. Parking and restrooms on site.
Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort hosts a weekly family friendly movie night on the beach every Wednesday (except the last Wednesday of every month). Come with your family and enjoy an evening relaxing on the beach while being entertained by a movie.
Eagle Beach is a popular beach for its white sands and turquoise waters. Rent some snorkels from Amsterdam Manor and take them to the beach and explore the world beneath the sea. Relax on the beach soaking up the sunshine or walk along the sand.
Venture off Eagle Beach to San Nicolas, Aruba’s “Sunrise City”, a charming coastal town home to galleries, colourful street art, and the soul of a thriving art scene.
The resort encourages and enhances environmental awareness among guests, staff, and the local community.
Participating with NGO’s (Non-Government Organisations) in conservation programs, the resort protects local species and their habitats. Every year, sea turtles lay their eggs on Eagle Beach and the resort sends staff to ensure that there is no human interference and protect them from harm. Every fourth Wednesday, the resort organises a beach clean-up where everyone is welcome to participate.
Water is saved by using Aerators and Dual Flush Systems. They properly manage their waste water resources to minimise their impact on the environment.
Energy is saved in the resort by using Solar Heaters and insulation doors and windows
The resort minimises emissions and waste generation of regular and hazardous materials involved in their operations. They protect and minimise their impact on the air quality and decrease solid waste generation. Where possible they increase their reuse and recycle practices. To reduce the use of single-use plastic, drinks are served in mason jars.
Children are welcome at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. Children aged 3 or younger eat for free at the resort’s restaurant Passions.
