Each of the 12 Bungalows stand out for their individualistic architecture and décor, giving a unique experience to every guest. Designs include traditional palm thatched roofs and richly decorated interiors using wood, shells, and different stones. All of the Bungalows are open-air to maximise the circulation of positive energy. Instead of air-conditioners, the bungalows have ceiling fans and screened windows allowing the fresh ocean breeze in. These Bungalows are the perfect place to fall asleep to the calming sound of the sea.

Three Bedroom – The largest bungalow: accommodates up to 6 guests with views to the pool and garden area. The first bedroom has a King-size Bed, and the second and third bedrooms have two twin-size beds each.

Karaya Restaurant serves up a delicious breakfast menu every day from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Breakfast is included for the guests, and a selection of options are available, including fresh fruit, toast, eggs of your choice, pancakes and waffles or a granola bowl. The Karaya Restaurant also offers typical Dominican morning dishes such as ‘Mangú’ with fried cheese. Lunch is served every day from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, and the plates range from big, hearty salad bowls, gourmet sandwiches or burgers with hand-cut fries to delicious curry or pasta dishes. Karaya offers daily specials, plus smoothies and cocktails are offered throughout the day. Karaya has a little bit of everything for everyone, and each dish served provides unique flavours.

Karaya is open every day from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Natura Restaurants cuisine can be described as ‘fusion’, since the menu features a combination of fresh tropical local ingredients combined with international flavours. Each plate is designed to create an exciting explosion of flavour for your taste buds. The signature dishes include tuna in a pistachio sauce over carrot purée and homemade raviolis, filled with cashews and dates with a sun-dried tomato pesto. Guests can enjoy aperitifs while listening to the soothing sound of the sea and waves lapping against the rock formations. At Natura Restaurant the Chefs strive to provide a creative and gourmet cuisine, transmitting love through food.

Hike your way up 27 waterfalls, the real fun begins as you jump, slide and swim your way back down.

The products we use to fortify plants and repel insects, for example neem oil, are 100% natural. Our orchard requires love, dedication, knowledge and patience to flourish. We have started to expand our garden are we are very proud to what it has now become. It features an assortment of banana trees, almond trees, a variety of greens and herbs, tomatoes, pumpkin and many more fruits and veggies – and don’t forget the beautiful edible flowers we use to decorate your meals! We also have a fish pond which acts as an aquaponics herb garden and a worm garden that feeds the plants.”

In an effort to stay true to Cabarete’s tropical surroundings, they used the felled trees for the construction of the bungalows and the palm fronds for their thatched roofs. Each bungalow was decorated using their eclectic taste, with shells and corals on the walls and hidden drawings on the stucco, making it the perfect retreat for any special event or to simply disconnect.”
