Villa Normandie
The villa living area is open-plan with frameless doors that can fold away completely, extending the space to include the fifteen-metre balcony directly overlooking the mesmerising ocean. On one side of this space is the lounge area with a real log burning fireplace with flames that warm a cool evening. The very spacious dining area can comfortably seat a family of twelve. Enjoy a drink watching the sunset from your cocktail bar. A separate TV room for playing movies from one’s mobile phone or watching Netflix. The beautiful villa is designed with a modern yet elegant style throughout with a mix of bright colours complemented by gold and silver.
Following a recent renovation, it now offers three beautifully spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including showers and baths. The two main bedrooms have a private balcony where guests can relax and spend time enjoying the magnificent sea view and face the incomparable sun sets. The bedrooms are furnished with extra length kings-size or twin beds, each with soft comfortable white linen. Meals may be taken at the hotel, which is only fifty metres away, or served directly to the villa. A housekeeper is on hand to deal specifically with requirements of guests at the Villa. A parking space is provided.

The villa is elegantly furnished and beautifully designed. The entertainment areas are the heart of the home and make it hard to leave to enjoy the attractions that Cape Town offers. General living areas are open-plan with doors from both the kitchen and lounge leading out to different areas of the terrace. On one side of this central area there is a TV lounge with a plush couch and big screen TV, and on the other an entertainment room that will be of instant appeal to the younger members of the group. Filled with comfortable seating, a TV with gaming consoles, toys, and a football table, children and teens will find it difficult to tear themselves away. Doors lead out to the garden and terrace. There is another den on the level below, this one centred around sports viewing with both a TV and a full size snooker table.
Outdoor areas have been designed for any kind of weather with certain sections being under cover and others open to the sun. Interior décor is mirrored outside with the exterior lounge as comfortable as those inside. There are wood and gas barbecues, a trampoline, outdoor speakers, an enclosed swimming pool, and sun loungers to add to the enjoyment.
The upper level of the villa is devoted to the four bedrooms. Double doors open onto the impressive master suite with its corner position and stunning ocean and city views. The room is furnished with an extra length King-size bed and doors lead out to a private balcony. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a double volume ceiling allowing for large windows and a view of Lion’s Head. The second bedroom has a high loft ceiling and offers plenty of space and light. It is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with both bath and shower. The one has a double bed, and the other is twin bedded.
