Blanchard’s is nestled in a lush tropical garden just a few paces from the sea and is within walking distance of Carimar Beach Club. Chef Melinda Blanchard has crafted a menu of incredible dishes that incorporates Caribbean, Asian, American, and Mediterranean flavours. When dining here you have to try the regular favourite dishes of Grilled Anguillan Crayfish, Citrus Chicken, and the Cracked Coconut. Every dish is infused with bold flavours and Blanchard’s offers both gluten free and vegan dishes.
Beachfront and right next door to Carimar, Blanchard’s Beach Shack offers a casual setting for lunch, dinner, and snacks. The shack itself is painted brilliant bright colours that grab your attention and create a cheerful atmosphere. There’s a huge range of food on the menu from jerk chicken sandwiches and salads to Caribbean cornbread and homemade tortilla chips. The drinks menu is carefully chosen and includes wine, beer, smoothies, and milkshakes.
Ocean Echo offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean from the seats of this restaurant. The welcoming atmosphere and live music creates a brilliant venue for you to enjoy lunch or dinner in. The extensive menu is filled with Caribbean and Atlantic specialties like the Grilled Mahi Mahi or fresh catch of the day. You can also choose from some more familiar pasta dishes like Lobster Fettuccine. And don’t forget to try Ocean Echo’s signature cocktail – the Rumzie!
