Just a few kilometres away from the town of Posadas, Estancia Santa Ines is surrounded by mate plantation, which is the primary reason Don Pedro Neez founded the house over 100 years ago. Luscious forests and rolling fields are home to a variety of wildlife, including a variety of monkeys such as squirrel monkeys, brown capuchin monkeys, and red howler monkeys. The local village of Garupá is 8.5km away, and the closest airport is Posadas airport.

Built in 1906, Estancia Santa Ines has maintained the charm of a Tudor-inspired English estate in the heart of Argentina. With an intimate atmosphere, guests will be welcomed here by friendly hosts who will be more than happy to help with a range of requests. A communal lounge and dining room feel like a home from home, and the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a cool drink on a hot day. The gardens surrounding the estate are luscious and colourful, and a haven for wildlife. Guests can cool down on a hot afternoon in the sparkling swimming pool.

Posadas has warm and humid summers, with the summer months (November to March) seeing highs of 32°C, and average lows of 22°C. The winters usually last from about May to August and are cooler in temperature, averaging between 12°C and 23°C. While it is slightly rainy and cloudy throughout the year, October is the rainiest month. March to May and August to November are regarded to be the best times to travel for guests who wish to take part in warm weather activities.
