Dine at this fairy-lit restaurant with colourful sofa-style seating for guests to relax on as they sit down to taste the flavours of dishes prepared here. Look upon the menu and choose from a variety of different food like sublime steaks, signature sauces and pasta nonpareil. Some of the signature dishes that can be ordered from the restaurant are: Steak with Bongkot Bali Sauce, Steak with Signature Sudamala Sauce, and Pasta Emilie. There are also other dishes that guests can choose from on the re-engineered menu that are more traditional such as fried rice, tapas, pizzas, sandwiches and burgers. Guests can visit the gallery next door after dining at the restaurant to observe the artworks displayed there, created by significant and inspiring artists of Bali.

Guests have the opportunity to experience diving in the waters of Bali with a number of diving sites available to choose from. Divers can choose to venture to Tulamben, 2 hours away from the resort, where you can dive from the USS Liberty Wreck 30 metres from the beach, Seraya Secret, the perfect place for night diving and spotting underwater creatures, Kubu diving site which is ideal for beginners to explore different marine life like whitetip reef sharks, and finally the Coral Garden where you can observe clown fish hiding in the anemones.

Guests can go snorkelling in various sites in Bali, to discover an abundant of marine life under the waters; one of these sites is Padang Bai where snorkelers can explore the Blue Lagoon to see the corals situated on top of bright white sand, or take underwater photos as the clear waters create an ideal environment to do so. Snorkel in the waters of Nusa Penida, an island in Bali, where you can observe the oceanic sunfish (Mola Mola), manta rays, turtles, soft and hard coral and large size fish.

Breathe underwater in a scuba diving experience as a professional instructor will give you an introduction on using scuba equipment in shallow water and guide you through a few simple steps that allows you to explore the underwater world. Choose from various diving sites in Bali to start your snorkelling adventure whether that be in a secluded bay of eastern Bali, a volcanic area of Tulamben or the famous Liberty Wreck.

Guests can take part in tours to explore the culture and history within Bali which includes the Sanur life Tour. This tour starts at a nearby Sindhu morning market to experience the daily needs of locals who visit the market, then venture to the Segara Temple situated by the sea and almost constructed wholly from corals. The next stop is Le Mayeur Museum where you can observe a number of artworks before continuing to Sindhu Beach to visit the Patal Temple and a Turtle Conservation Hatchery. The tour will end with a trip to the local fishermen where you can witness colourful and unique jukung fishing boats and make your way to the beachside restaurant for a fresh seafood lunch before heading back to the resort.

The Denpasar Heritage Tour is available for guests to explore the capital city Denpasar to discover the Balinese culture up close. Start the tour as the guide takes you to the consular district of Renon which is home of the Bajra Sandhi monument with a dramatic central spire. You will also have the opportunity to visit other sites such as Puputan Badung Square, Denpasar’s largest temple, the Bali Museum which is dedicated to art and history and the Badung Central Market where you can experience the sensory feats of Bali’s largest market. Relax at the historical Oongan Cafe as you enjoy coffee and snacks before seeing the performance of the fiery Balinese Kecak dance.

On this tour, a guide will take you to a traditional Balinese house at Batuan followed by a visit to Pura Batuan which is a temple with a complete set of Balinese gamelan musical instruments. You will then arrive at the Setiadarma House of Masks & Puppets before heading to the Ubud Sari coffee plantation for a cup of coffee. You will also have the chance to enter the Puri Lukisan gallery, a world class museum and an artistic focal point before having lunch at Indus, one of the finest restaurants in Ubud. Visit the Kerta Gosa pavillion, a court of justice at the Klungkung Palace and then meet with Ms. Mangku Muriati, one of Bali’s leading Wayang painters before arriving back at the resort.

Guests can visit Tirta Sudamala which means purifying water in ancient Sanskrit and is a religious place that has a lot of importance to the Balinese. Located in Bangli, guests who are struggling with concerns that they cannot solve are welcome to bathe in the waters which are believed to wash away confusion and lead to spiritual awakening. These same waters are also believed to cure illnesses, cleanse the aura and remove troublesome mala spirits. The cleansing ceremony will be guided by a local priest and after this has been done, you can then continue to Ubud where you will have the chance to enjoy fresh tropical fruits and dine in one of the finest restaurants in Bali.
