To experience French, Indonesian and European cuisine, dine at the on-site restaurant to enjoy delectable meals prepared from the finest, local ingredients. Majority of the meals are processed in the restaurant or they arrive from local artisanal companies that also don’t have any additives or preservatives added to them. Indulge in dishes served at breakfast which include French, continental, Indonesian, vegetarian and gluten free breakfasts, or dine and taste the a la carte menu at lunch and dinner which include Mediterranean and Indonesian dishes with a dessert menu full of French pastries to choose from.
Visit the local town of Sanur to take part in a variety of activities that take place here; these include yoga and pilates in the Koa Shala with special packages starting from five courses and a cooking class with a visit to the traditional fish market in Jimbaran. There are also water activities guests can undertake like diving in the waters with NICO Dives Cool, or go snorkelling on a day trip to Toye Pake, Gamat Bay, Mangrove, Crystal Bay, and Manta Point which includes a beach side lunch.
Guests can also go on day trips in the local area by visiting landscapes and temples; these include the Jatiluwih rice fields, Taman Ayun Temple Mengwi and Pura Ulun Danu Beratan. Perfect for nature lovers, there are a number of waterfalls to visit and a monkey forest containing an abundant of monkeys that have claimed the forest as their own. The spiritual centre is also open to visitors as you can observe Tirta Empul, Gunung Kawi and Goa Gadja to learn about the history and culture behind these landmarks.
