Reusable fabric rubbish bags are used as an alternative to plastic trash bags, unused fabrics from a local factory are given a new lease of life as they are weaved into eclectic carpets and used in the hotel, and cooking oil from their kitchens are recycled on-site into petrol used to power the hotel’s backup generator system.

Decked out with treadmills, cross-trainers, exercise bikes, and other gym equipment that are capable of generating electricity, guests can “recycle” their calories into clean energy as they sweat it out at The Aviary Hotel’s upcoming eco-gym.
